Each EverPaw candle holder is handmade and personalised using your pet’s unique paw print and any chosen text. Because these pieces are custom made, we’re unable to accept cancellations, returns, or refunds once your order has been placed.

We take great care in crafting and packaging every piece. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll offer a replacement or repair free of charge.
